Those are very interesting questions and I’m definitely making a video and/or article about that. Thanks for the suggestion!
It’s definitely best to get indexed first and then start with the serious link-building. Of course, the quickest way to get indexed is by placing links to your site on some frequently crawled websites. But I’d hold back on mass submissions and larger link-building projects until the site is indexed.

Hi Shane!
I have to say that I just l-o-v-e your video reviews!
I mean, I can spend days searching for answers to some basic subjects that people totally ignore, and then – Poof – I just find those answers on one of your videos.

It would be great though if you could make a video on this ambiguous matter too:

What should be the link building rate for new\old site, new\old Squidoo lense, new\old Ezine article and so on… and what is considered as new\old?
